This is what I make when I crave veggies but I am not really hungry as much as just thirsty and feeling 'snacky’. I struggle to drink enough water a day.... I am not a big water drinker; this delicious drink helps me get water into me AND it tastes amazing. Half a head of celery washed and chopped goes straight into a blender with some sea salt and a tiny bit of cold water and press GO! I can drink a full glass of it for a snack or I tend to have a glass an hour before supper and it helps curb my appetite if I feel like snacking before a meal. Try it!!
