So, how do you find the balance between spending precious time with your family and working towards your wellness goals?
A few things that I do that helps to ease my mind:

You can go into any social situation and make food choices that help you feel good while still having fun - release the anxiety, it doesnโt serve you!
Iโm all about being armed with the tools I need to feel good in these situations. Do you feel you have what you need to conquer your goals? If not, break it down into bite-sized pieces and start with the smallest crumb - like adding one more serving of veggies per day! Keep digging in, one day at a time.
