World Mental Health Day spotlights mental health around the world, to raise awareness of mental health issues and encourage efforts to support those experiencing mental health issues. The World Health Organization defines Mental Health as a state of mental well-being that enables people to cope with the stresses of life, realize their abilities, learn and work well, and contribute to their community.

Exercise increases energy and stamina by enhancing cardiovascular efficiency and improving oxygen delivery to muscles.
